You can easily proceed to writing simple affirmations in the present tense and use them as subliminals. But it is better to follow a few steps because most of us generally don’t pay much attention when writing daily affirmations.
But affirmations for subliminal need to be made in a specific way because the subconscious mind doesn’t have that wall of resistance so whatever the subliminal messages are saying it’s going to believe and let them in.
Step 1: Understand what it is you are trying to achieve with the subliminal
Subliminals are such a powerful tool that you can easily feel overwhelmed about what to include in your subliminal and what to exclude. But there is no point to add every single thing you desired in a single subliminal. Because you want to ease your mind and belief system into adapting to new beliefs.
It is easier and more effective when you pick one topic and create multiple affirmations and benefits suggestions that support your main goal when creating affirmations for subliminal.
Step 2: Meditate on the feelings
The second thing you would like to do is not write the subliminal affirmation but actually meditate. Once you have decided what you want to manifest and change then you want to connect with yourself that already has achieved all those things be it productivity, getting rid of anxiety, or be it abundance and money, or even beauty.
There has to be a time when you really felt your best most beautiful. Or there was definitely a time when you didn’t need to worry about bills or money. Even if you can’t remember from the past you can always create that for your future self.

Step 3: Start Writing
Starting of emissions in the present tense. You can refer to your benefits list if you have made one but it’s not necessary to create a benefits list. But having a benefits list can help you have clarity on the main points you want to include in your list of subliminal affirmations.
Just make sure not to use words like never, no, don’t, doesn’t, or any other negative words such as comparison, stupid, worthless, stupidity, and any such words, if it comes to your mind you will know to avoid it.
Step 4: Read The Subliminal Affirmation Aloud
The fourth step is not necessary but it will help you to feel the subliminal affirmations. And if you are able to feel and connect with subliminal affirmations then they will surely work. Because you are able to connect with the affirmations on an emotional level and they are working some kind of positive feelings in your mind.
It’s not necessary to repeat them over and over again but reading them just once will help you understand which ones you want to include and which ones are not aligning with your goal.

Meditation On The Feeling: Let’s meditate on what a worry-free, fun, and relaxing vacation feels like, you can also visualize in the meditative state if that helps.
Now let’s write the affirmations:
- I am ready to experience the best, most fun and relaxing vacation of my life
- I believe in myself that I can easily plan the whole vacation
- I am really good at planning vacations because I can easily estimate and organize time for all vacation activities
- It is very exciting to go for a vacation where I have a perfect balance of time for fun and relaxation
- I am ready and excited to enjoy and cherish each moment of my vacation
- Clicking pictures, visiting cool places, eating good food, the whole vacation experience is amazing
The final and fourth step is to read them and see if they feel aligned with the goal and you are able to feel positive the way you felt during your meditation. If yes, then you are good to go. If no, then rewrite or change or add a few more subliminal affirmations.
